We live in a fast-paced society that suffers from anxiety and dissatisfaction from running to nowhere on asphalt. In the midst of this frenzy, SEDDE was born as a proposal to escape and reconnect with nature, with animals and with our essence; Going home and relearning to listen and feel around us, and above all, ourselves.

We have created innovative activities that we adapt pedagogically to the specific needs of each user, to promote their maximum personal, physical and mental development, and we do it with horses to be more effective and efficient, we rely on scientific foundations that demonstrate their benefits, have a great capacity for survival due to its adaptability and resilience.

× Ecology: From the etymological point of view, ecology comes from the Greek, oikos = house, community, and logos = knowledge, intelligence. It is, therefore, the science that studies the relationships of living beings with each other and with their habitat.

× Social: From an etymological point of view, the word "Social" derives from the Latin word socii ("allies"). The social concept is generally associated with the concept of society.

That is, it is the science that studies society and the relationships of living beings, with themselves and with their environment.

x Doma: from the Latin "domare", in turn coming from "domus" in the sense of "house" or place where people live with their families, to gain confidence. It is often confused with dominance and authority.

x Therapy: comes from the Greek θεραπεία (therapeia = treatment), which is formed with: The verb θεραπεύειν (therapeuein = to care for, attend to, relieve.

Therefore, A. SEDDE, intends to be everyone's home, where we raise awareness, train, care for, care for and alleviate living beings, strengthen the confidence of people and horses and teach how we can learn from each other. , how to know ourselves, in relation to our environment. Or, simply, we offer to live a unique experience for any person or family.

We accompany users in a personalized way, it is about listening with the heart, not judging, how horses do, and encouraging you to find your resources and gifts, to improve care and attention to yourself and your environment.

We claim and work for a respectful education, both for children and adolescents, as well as for horses, through a meeting of the person, family and / or minor, with these coherent animals, by training and the treatment received , in a therapeutic context, provided by nature and horses, with the corresponding professional accompaniment.

Leadership in a herd of horses is a clear example of how a business organization, or a family, has to act, intuition, to care for their children or employees, clients, products or services, and thus achieve the growth of the company. entity.

For this we have to change our perception, be proactive and work on our personal development from practice, facing frustration, difficulties, without losing sight of our goal.

We all know that interacting with animals increases the well-being and health of humans. As long as the deal is done with respect and love.

It has been scientifically proven that when interacting with horses (healthy/free) one experiences physiological benefits, lowers blood pressure and heart rate, increases the level of endorphins, which are neurotransmitters that act as pain suppressors, decreases stress, tension and the anxiety.

The horse lives in the presence almost 100% of the time. They live in the present moment. They are great observers, their life depends on it, they are prey animals, they are eaten by predators, which is why they are alert, and as a consequence they read body language perfectly.

They are able to detect our body's reactions before we become aware of what our body is telling us. All external stimulus that enters through our senses, goes directly to the brain, reaches the hypothalamus (responsible for storing emotional memory). Then the brain interprets the signal and it is processed by the amygdala (is it pleasant or threatening) and produces an emotional reaction to the external stimulus, becoming aware but conditioned by similar past experiences, that is, our interpretation of reality is conditioned by our experiences and by the perception of external stimuli.

Through horses we can become aware of our unconscious in order to transform it. As Carl Jung said: "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it destiny." Live in automatic mode.

Horses are gregarious animals, they live in groups. Your heart rate is consistent, creating well-being and emotions such as calm and joy. A coherent state is not a calm, passive state, it is an active and serene state, conscious and present.

We believe that the healing power of horses is produced when the horse is a horse, when it lives in the conditions most similar to its nature. In a natural and stimulating environment, with large meadows, with others of its kind and without dominance or submission in contact with people, for this we have to create a communication bridge, a common language, this implies mastering not only the theories of learning, but also learning to communicate clearly with body language, the horse's preferred channel of communication, and to detect and manage our emotions.

The WHO Constitution defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of infirmity or disease.

The Science of the Heart is a monograph that reviews in detail the Scientific Research and discoveries that the HeartMath Institute has developed in the last 20 years.

The horse's heart projects an electromagnetic field five times greater than ours, because its heart is five times larger than that of the human being. This is the explanation why horse meditation techniques are more powerful and effective.

Ethical and conscious riding, the pedagogy of horsemanship, is based on the balance between what we think, feel and do. Communicating with the horse, without a bite and without a method of punishment, promotes self-confidence and communication, to live the life we want or fight for our dreams, and stop dreaming of the life we would like to have, without having tried.

Unfortunately, many riders and riders ride their horses without loving them, without creating an equal bond, they use them as if they were machines. We want to raise awareness and demonstrate that free and respectful dressage bears better results than the traditional way of relating to horses, through subjugation, elements of punishment, and confining them in confined spaces and limiting their diet to three meals, as if were human, that is called anthropomorphism.

´ The human being wants to be profoundly efficient and effective, but he is not designed to live in the sympathetic nervous system constantly, this excess demand, if it is maintained over time, runs the risk of getting sick. Knowing how to get out of that state to the parasympathetic nervous system, that of meditation, relaxation, breathing and connection, is the way to achieve equanimity, balance.

The challenge with horses is to establish a clear, understandable and respectful communication, pleasant for the horse, perseveringly seeking greater delicacy, understanding and cooperation in which both, person and horse, win and learn from the interaction.

Come back to your house, to your peace, come to SEDDE.
